Do you prefer public transport from Mechelen station?

You take one of these buses: 1, 510, 511, 512, 520, 528, 530, 532, 533, 538 of 681. In less than 10 minutes they take you to the stop ‘Nekkerspoel Station’ or, a bit farther on, to the stop 'Sint-Libertuskerk'.

Car park

De Nekker has a large car park at its disposal, with spaces reserved for persons with disabilities and a coach park. Parking is free of charge.

Coming from Antwerp via the E19

Take the E19 exit 9 (Mechelen-North) and joint the N16. Take a slight bend to the right to stay on the N16. Follow this road for some distance. Drive over the water and turn left on to the ring. Follow this ring for 1.5 kilometres and drive under the railway lines from Mechelen Nekkerspoel station. Your have now reached the Douaneplein. Follow this street, look over to your right and there you will see the Provincial Sport and Recreation Centre De Nekker.

Coming from Brussels via the E19

Take the E19 exit 10 (Mechelen-South) direction N1/Technopolis. At the roundabout take the 2nd slip road to the B101. Follow this road for 2 kilometres. When you reach the station you take the 2nd slip road off the roundabout. Drive on to the traffic lights and swing a right into the Hendrik Speecqvest. Then take the 2nd street on the right. Drive under the railway lines from Mechelen Nekkerspoel station. You have now reached the Douaneplein. Follow this street, look over to your right and there you will see the Provincial Sport and Recreation Centre De Nekker.
